What kind of Stainless Steel do you use?

All of the stainless steel used in our products is high quality, food safe, corrosion resistant and independently tested. Most of our products are made in China responsibly from 304 premium grade stainless steel.

Is your single and double tier lunch boxes leakproof?

Unfortunately not as no plastic has been used in the lunchbox. The smallest size of leakproof container fits neatly inside the lunchbox for carrying sauces or dressings.

If plastic is so bad, why does the Sports lid on steel bottles are made of plastic?

The plastic caps we use are BPA/BPS free, Non Leaching, toxin free polypropylene. It is a tough plastic, easy to clean but it is more brittle than normal plastic. We do have an all steel cap option. All caps have a food grade silicone sealing ring. Silicone is toxin free.

Can I dish-wash steel?

Stainless steel can be washed in dishwasher but be mindful that water marks may appear on your steel products. To get rid of water marks mix a cup of vinegar in warm water or 4 tablespoons of baking soda in warm water and wipe it down with it using a dish cloth.

There’s a smell coming from my bottle

304 or 18/8 grade stainless steel does not retain flavours or smells. If you have already given it a good scrub with a bottle brush and warm soapy water try mixing a quarter or a cup of vinegar and 4 tablespoons of baking soda in warm water and let it soak overnight. Rinse well with warm soapy water and then with plenty of fresh water and leave upside down to drain.

Washing instructions

With hot soapy water and detergent - or in the dishwasher! Do not use bleach, harsh chemicals, abrasive cleansers or pads. With proper care and cleaning, your stainless steel lunchboxes may be used for years and years to come.

My 600ml cups are losing polish?

The 600ml cups are sanded and deeply polished in the production so the surface is easily corroded by improper use. We recommend hand washing them in warm soapy water to retain their polish
